Dust jacket has some age-related wear and discoloration. The reviewer’s slip has some pencil inscriptions from a previous owner and toning. Covers and spine beneath the dust jacket have some wear and toning. Pages have age-related toning and foxing. Hinges have some wear, but pages remain attached with good support throughout the volume. He was part of a literary group in Paris, friends with the likes of Gertrude Stein and James Joyce. Paul published works of both fiction and nonfiction while also focusing on a successful career in journalism and writing multiple screenplays.
